
Cancellation Policy
As a small, independent business, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations at short notice result in a loss of income, and your understanding is greatly appreciated.

To secure your booking, a 50% booking free is required. Without this, I cannot guarantee your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy: In the event of a no-show or cancellation with insufficient notice, the booking fee is non-refundable for the time I lost.

Lateness Policy: A 10-minute grace period applies. Late arrivals may result in your appointment being lost. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment time.​

Payment Methods: Deposits to be made via bank transfer to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day via card or bank transfer.
